Training & Corporate Responsibility

HAS values the importance of training. This is provided at all levels for our staff. Courses and certifications that we provide for our staff include: Asbestos Awareness Course, Licenses, Mask Tests (full and half face), first aid and emergency first aid, PASMA, Working at Heights, MEWP (Scissor and Arctic Boom), Power Access License, Manual Handling Training, Working in Confined Spaces, CSCS, CITB.

All supervisors and managers are also given full supervisory and managerial training.

We believe in our corporate social responsibility and investment in our staff is something HAS values. We hire people from our local community wherever possible. Soft courses are available to all of our staff through our HR consultant, these include courses on equality and diversity and health and safety.

We believe in these value added elements being offered and available to all of our staff. We actively encourage staff to gain experience through completing CPD.
